Our very own house music with our own DJ that will take us on a journey of music not any old music some real beats that what just make you want to move and dance and shake , the music will be guiding the journey, dropping deep house beats throughout the night to lift the energy and keep you moving and dance like nobody is watching 💃

This is a beautiful fusion of self-care, dance, sound healing, and meditation — all under one roof.
We’ll begin by sharing beautiful Blue Lotus Tea, gently opening our heart chakras. From there, we move into slow, gentle movements as the body warms up… arms start to flow, eyes begin to close, and then — let the beat drop. 🎶
Set your own intentions through movement, or simply come along for a good, sober Saturday night dance. No pressure, just presence.
As the night draws to an end, the music will soften and you’ll be invited to lie down, get cosy, and connect to your breath. You’ll be guided through a calming meditation for body, mind, and spirit, followed by the healing sounds of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and sounds of nature, restoring you back to deep calm and balance. ✨
