Join us at MotherZen for our Second-Time Mum Workshop, a supportive, midwife-led session designed for you.

Whether your first birth was empowering or challenging, this workshop helps you reset and prepare confidently for birth and motherhood (again).

We’ll cover:
• What’s different (and what’s not) the second time around
• Birth prep with experience in mind
• Managing the transition to two
• Space for your questions, concerns, and excitement Plus socialising with others!

Preparation and community are key… even the second time!!
