To start Menopause Awareness Month this inclusive & nurturing event is designed to open up the conversation around menopause.

Enjoy a grounding experience that includes:

🫖 A soothing cup of tea & calming soup
💬 A relaxed, honest discussion around menopause; what it is, how it affects us, & why it matters.
