Step into a sanctuary of serenity and self-discovery with Melanie for a transformative Yoga Workshop themed around Light, Energy, and Peace. This special afternoon is designed to help you reconnect with your radiant inner self, awaken your strength, and nurture a deep sense of calm and clarity.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore the healing power of light — learning to use its gentle yet potent energy to illuminate the path within, clear away tension, and uncover the strength that has always resided inside you.
🌅 The Journey
We’ll begin our day by grounding into mindful awareness and moving into Kundalini-inspired flows, awakening the body’s natural energy and life force. These rhythmic movements will open the heart and expand the breath, preparing you for a deeper connection to self.
As the energy unfolds, we’ll flow into the beautiful Dru Yoga sequence, Becoming the Flame. This gentle, empowering practice helps you embody light and radiance — guiding you toward inner peace and self-confidence. Each movement, each breath, is an invitation to reconnect, release, and rise.
🍽 A Meal Cooked with Love
At 5:00 PM, we’ll pause to share a nourishing meal — a moment of community and gratitude.
Our chef Colin will lovingly prepare a wholesome lunch infused with care and intention, creating space for conversation, reflection, and joy.
💫 Culminating in Deep Bliss
We’ll complete our afternoon journey by sinking into a deep, blissful Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation of profound rest and restoration. In this sacred space of stillness, your body and mind can fully absorb the light energy cultivated throughout the day, leaving you renewed, balanced, and at peace.
