Join us for a gentle, supportive day outdoors designed to help you reset, breathe, and feel a little more like yourself again.

🌲 Slow Nature Walks – no rush, just space to breathe
🧘♂️ Mindfulness & Grounding Activities – feel more present, more calm
🎨 Creative Spaces – paint, draw, write or just be
🔥 Campfire Conversations – warm drinks, soft voices, real talk , toast marshmallows

🧡 Quiet Corners & Chill Out Zones – space to just be, however you’re feeling
This isn’t a therapy session, a lesson, or a challenge.
It’s a gentle day of care and connection – with yourself, with nature, and with others who get it.
