Burwell After Hours & Listening Session - Retreat Center

Join us for Burwell After Hours on September 10 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at camp! Located in the Welcome Center. Snacks will be provided, and it’s a great opportunity to tour the camp, connect with others, and learn more about what we offer.

We’ll also be hosting a listening session to gather input on the future of a potential retreat center. This will start at 5:30. We’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas—see the paragraph below for more details.

Kamp Kaleo is beginning an exciting conversation about the future of a retreat center on our campus—and we want to hear from you. These Listening Sessions are open to the entire Kaleo community: past campers, families, supporters, neighbors, and friends. We want your ideas, your vision, and your voice. How could a retreat center serve your needs? What kinds of programs or gatherings could it host? What gaps in our community could it help fill? This is your opportunity to shape something meaningful from the ground up. Whether you’ve been involved with Kamp Kaleo for decades or are just learning about us, we invite you to come dream with us.

We’ll be hosting Listening Sessions in Burwell, Grand Island, Omaha, and Lincoln. Stay tuned—dates and times will be announced soon!
