Welcome to the **Beats & Feets Track Event** at **Shobnall Leisure Complex**!

Join us Friday 19th September 2025 at 7:00 PM for a unique evening of movement, music and good vibes. This event is all about fun, fitness, and friendly competition no matter your ability. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, there's a place for you here.

Whether you're training to achieve a PB or just want to move your body to some beats, this event is all about fun, fitness and community spirit.

• 2 hour open track session
• DJ Rosco-led soundtrack to power your pace
• Hosted by the iconic Run 4 U & Perform Running Club, England Athletics Level 2 with LiRFs support
• ALL paces welcome - run, jog, vibe it out
