Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing Workshop

Join me for a deeply rejuvenating journey

🌿 What Awaits You:
🧘‍♀ Restorative Yoga – Using props for full support, we’ll move through gentle, long-held postures that allow your body to fully release tension, creating space for deep rest and healing.

🌀 Guided Meditation – Through breath awareness and visualization, we’ll quiet the mind, reconnect with the present moment, and invite a sense of inner peace and clarity.

🎶 Crystal Bowl Sound Bath – To close our practice, I will guide you through a vibrational sound journey using crystal singing bowls. Their soothing frequencies will help you reset your nervous system, promoting deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and emotional harmony.
