Circuits Class

Good morning everyone! 🌞 Monday brings us the chance to write a fresh new week keep pushing on our goals or to reset if things have gone a bit sideways over the weekend! 💪

Tomorrow evening I am going to hold my first circuits class! I anticipate this being a small group as I'm just kickstarting things again so if you are new to classes or exercise this will be the perfect group to introduce you to, everyone welcome, all fitness abilities!
