We start with 90 minutes of sound healing to help calm your nervous system and give your body a chance to let go.
Followed by time to rest, reflect, sit quietly, breathe... whatever you need.
This isn’t just self-care. It’s space to breathe. To feel.
To be held in your grief without judgement or expectation.
You’re not broken. You’re grieving.
And that deserves time, compassion and care.
