Wild at Heart is a 5-day residential dance workshop held amidst the breathtaking seascape of Rhossili. Immersed in nature’s vast embrace, we invite you to awaken your raw, passionate, and loving heart through movement, connection, and courageous expression.
Inspired by the wild without, we journey into the wild within — a space to shed the habitual, dance your truth, and return to what is most alive in you. Together, we’ll create a held, vibrant space where your heart has permission to speak, move, and be fully seen.
Rhossili, South Wales UK is a fabulous residential setting – with its rolling moorland, secluded beaches and windswept cliffs – the elements are so powerfully present that opening to their potency, and letting them guide and inspire our work is both easy and obvious.
Add to the stunning location: a supportive community of dedicated dancers, nourishing whole earth food by the celebrated MAJiC Times, exceptionally experienced and committed teacher Bernadette Ryder, and we have all the ingredients needed to facilitate deep healing and nourishing work.
