CREEC Community Yoga

Come along and join our CREEC PEEPS at this friendly gentle yoga session sponsored by MBRC Healthy Active each Wednesday morning at 9am (except school holidays)

Just fill in the online health questionnaire (link below) and bring your own yoga mat (or two for padding) Cost is just $4 pp

This session is suitable for most people who can get up and down from the ground. After class, why not stay for a cuppa and a chat from the Lions club volunteer run cafe onsite.
