Runner’s Reset – A 4-Week Bespoke Yoga Series

This four-week yoga course is designed specifically for runners who want to move better, recover smarter, and stay injury-free.
Whether you’re training for an event, building mileage, or simply love to run, this bespoke class will focus on the areas runners need most: hips, hamstrings, calves, feet, and core stability. We’ll work with mobility, strength, fascia-focused movement, and breathwork to support endurance and resilience.
Each week builds progressively, helping you:
• Improve stride efficiency
• Reduce tightness and overuse patterns
• Strengthen key stabilising muscles
• Support recovery and nervous system balance
• Enhance overall performance
Expect targeted mobility work, intelligent strength integration, and deep, effective stretching — all tailored to complement your running schedule.
You’ll also receive a simple, structured home stretching programme so you can support your training between sessions and create sustainable habits that last beyond the course.
