Forest Bathing: Finding Your True North

The ancient practice of forest bathing has many benefits and one of our favorites is its ability to support peaceful inner states in which greater levels of clarity and nervous system regulation are possible. This means less stress, more joy and a greater sense of what matters most for you to have a meaningful life.

We will meet at the parking lot and travel as a group so please arrive promptly at 10am.

You will be walking or standing for most of this event so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes , dressing in layers and bringing a bottle of water.

This process will be led by Anne-Therese (A-T) Holistic Energy Practitioner & Nature Healing Facilitator. She creates a safe, accepting & powerful space for self-transformation, healing and expanded awareness.
