Breathe Into Christmas – Session Overview
Breathe Into Christmas is a gentle but powerful guided breathwork experience to help you release the stress, strain and emotional pressure that can build up in the run-up to Christmas.
Together we will be using Conscious Connected Breathing, a simple and effective breathwork technique that helps:
calm the nervous system
release stored tension
shift emotional pressure
create space for clarity, peace and self-connection
This session is designed to help you let go of everything you’ve been holding – the lists, the expectations, other people’s moods and demands – so you can move through the season with more ease, softness and steadiness.
After the breathwork we will move into:
✨ A calming guided visualisation
A soothing journey to help you integrate what you’ve released, reconnect to your centre and feel grounded, steady and supported.
✨ A 30-minute sound bath
To finish, you’ll be immersed in gentle sound frequencies designed to settle the body, quieten the mind and leave you with a feeling of deep peace and soft inner stillness.
The aim is for you to walk away calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself.
Important Information
For safety reasons, this session is not suitable for:
Anyone who is pregnant
Anyone under 18
Anyone completely alone with no personal support network (you need someone you can reach out to afterwards if needed)
About the Breathwork
We will be using techniques that may involve emotional release, including vocal release.
This means:
We may be screaming during the session
It is a completely normal and valid way to release energy and stress.
Please:
Let people in your home know in advance
Move pets and animals out of the room beforehand
The Sound Bath
The sound bath at the end will be:
soft
gentle
grounding
nurturing
and is intended to leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more at peace as you move into the Christmas season.
