This group is for beginners learning to Nordic walk... in total over 6 weeks ( 2 Fridays in Jan , Feb and March )
Come along have fun with like minded others outdoors , doing a workout that doesn't feel like it ! Burning 46% more calories than normal walking , suitable for all abilities...with a personal level 3 exercise referral instructor
