About the event

DJEMBE DRUMMING - Monday Evenings in BoS
Djembe Drumming for grown-ups of all ages, for beginners and onwards - Medicinal Music Making for the Heart and Soul!

A season of seven weekly workshop-style sessions:

8th September
15th September
22nd September
29th September
6th October
13th October
20st October

We shall connect with rhythm, learn playing techniques and rhythm patterns for the West African Djembe Drum, add other small percussion instruments, and get some grooves on the move!

Group drumming is wonderful for our well-being on all levels, and it's lots of fun!

Drums are available to hire at no extra charge.

Play begins at 7pm for a 'generous hour'.

Payment is £10 cash on the day for each of the six Monday sessions.
