The CAF Highland Lakes Squadron will host a CRM (Crew Resource Management) training session on Sunday, February 1st, 2026, at our squadron headquarters in Burnet, TX.

This session is open to all CAF pilots, crew, and volunteers who operate in or around cockpit environments. We’ll cover communication, decision-making, workload management, situational awareness, and best practices that keep our missions safe and successful.

� Fulfills CAF crew proficiency requirements
