Summer Slow Down: Restorative & Sound (at Chace Mill)

Slow down, summer! If we come into stillness, will summer last longer?

In this 90-minute evening class we will move through a restorative sequence and towards stillness, with an emphasis on opening the hip flexors and heart space. Props will be used to support the body to relax in its own time, no rush.



A selection of subtle recorded and live sound will be played throughout the practice, fading into a silent śavāsana.



This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.
