A list of any additional materials to bring* will be sent to you/listed in the Facebook Group two weeks before the event. You will receive the link to join our Spooky Boo Facebook Group September 22nd.
*all supplies are included in the kits aside from a few crafting tools, DMC floss and some basic supplies.
We will have Trick-or-Treating Saturday night. If you wish to participate you may need to make/provide up to 40 items. I will confirm amount once we are in the Facebook group. This can be a handmade item, food item...or any item you see fit as a "goodie" or "favor" please make sure you put your name/Instagram on your Trick-or-Treat item. THIS IS A BLAST EVERY TIME!
You are responsible for travel, food and accommodation.
Please note, Your ticket is nonrefundable. If you are no longer able to attend your ticket will be changed into a virtual ticket. To receive a refund of the difference ($35) You will need to let me know 30 days before event OR prior to kits shipping, whichever comes first. If kits have shipped and you cancel/change to a virtual ticket I can not guarantee your kit will arrive in time to join live (depends on timing) but you will be able to watch the replay. **SWAP INFO**
If you are interested in joining one or both swaps you will be grouped into groups of 4. So you will be making three MDC's and/or three inserts. You will be receiving three in return. The "insert" swap is a page no larger than 4.5x8.5 with 1in apart holes, starting at 3/4in using this disc punch
https://amzn.to/3Xovi4E. These pages then get pushed onto discs making a lovely disc notebook. If you are signing up for a swap a separate email will be sent within two days of your registration with detailed instructions about the swap(s).
**COMMITMENT STATEMENT** Please don't sign up if you can't commit. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. The BEST advice I can give you is to START NOW. You are signing up months in advance...you have loads of time to start and finish it. I know you have good intentions but when you sign up, 3 others (and myself) are counting on you to make your items. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Most of us will be doing these swaps for the first time. We all feel nervous and want to do our best. Just know you are not alone and you will be SO HAPPY you stuck with it! I PROMISE!
Unfortunately, if you do not finish your swap you will no longer be able to swap at any of Shara Crane's events :( sad sad day. It's a huge disappointment when you think you're getting 3 homemade items, you make three and then only get two because someone didn't take care of their commitment in time. Thank you for understanding and I say this with as much love a possible.

THIS HOTEL HAS NO AIPORT SHUTTLE. Burlington Airport (BTV
https://www.btv.aero/) is only 4.6 miles (15min) away. Check the Facebook group to see if anyone will travel with you to and from the hotel. Burlington Airport is very small and most like you will arrive with others for the weekend.
(Please note this is PEAK season here, also know as "Peeking Season" it's PRIME for all things fall and amazing. I would book something ASAP and you can always cancel or change if you find something better. Please check the hoteels cancellation policy first.
