Discover a new way to support your mind and body in a small, intimate group setting.

Upcoming Groups (4-week series):

• Tuesdays at 7:00 PM, starting September 23
• Thursdays at 10:00 AM, starting September 24
• Thursdays at 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM, starting October 2

The Restore & Regulate Movement Group is designed for those experiencing stress, overwhelm, or anxiety who are seeking tools for calm and connection. Guided by Karen Drexler, Certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator and 500HR Yoga Teacher, this program blends therapist-informed breathwork with gentle, polyvagal-informed movement practices.

In each session, you will:

• Learn to shift your nervous system from survival into a state of calm.
• Practice grounding and regulation techniques you can carry into daily life.
• Experience the benefits of guided breathwork in a safe, supportive environment.
• Connect in an intimate group of no more than 3 participants,
• Truly personalized attention.

This series is designed by a Registered Psychotherapist and aims to offer a safe, nurturing space to explore body-based healing practices!
