• Daily yoga and meditation guided by Himalayan Master Anand Mehrotra of Sattva Yoga Academy

• Deep dives into yoga philosophy, pranayama, and diverse yoga styles
• Exploration of India’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage—ashrams, temples, river ghats, and more
