We are thrilled to invite you to an informational session for Namaste India, our transformative Yoga Retreat happening this November in the majestic Himalayan region.

- A breathtaking journey through Rishikesh, Delhi, and Haridwar, with an optional trip to the Taj Mahal in Agra
- Daily yoga and meditation guided by Himalayan Master Anand Mehrotra of Sattva Yoga Academy
- Attendance at the Sattva Summit, an inspiring global gathering of yogis in Rishikesh
- Deep dives into yoga philosophy, pranayama, and diverse yoga styles
- Exploration of India’s rich spiritual and cultural heritage—ashrams, temples, river ghats, and more
