In celebration of National PACE Month this September, join us at PACE Burlington for a morning session to learn more about this valuable resource in your community! A light breakfast will be served.

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that provides comprehensive healthcare and social services to individuals aged 55 and older who require a nursing home level of care but prefer to remain living in their community. All are welcome!
