You’ll then create a visual map of your goals with a specially designed mandala mind-map. Walk away refreshed, focused, and ready to create the future you envision. Absolutely no artistic talent required….just a desire to continue, deepen or add mindfulness practices into your daily life!
*the techniques we’ll use can be practiced on the floor or sitting in a chair. If you prefer the floor, bring whatever props you like to use (yoga mat, bolster/pillow, meditation cushion, etc).
