Join Kale Black for a gentle meditation session designed to help you quiet your mind and relax into the present moment.
Kale uses light verbal guidance, singing bowls, drumming, rain-sticks, and music to help attendees connect more deeply with themselves. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, cushions or anything else for your comfort, and a reusable cup/mug for tea or water (please no disposables or plastic bottles).

About Kale Black:
Kale began his personal meditation practice over 11 years ago, though it truly flourished when he started attending Group Meditation Circles and Qi Gong at Luminous Energetic Pathways Sacred Centre, led by Lisbeth and Edward Fregonese (Nov 2014).
Through practices like breathing techniques, Qi Gong, meditation, and mindfulness, Kale has learned to quiet his often-overactive mind, cultivating a stable and consistent foundation of self-mastery and inner calm.
Kale is a Holistic Environmentalist and Workshop Facilitator with 18 years of experience leading groups. His sensitivity and love for people allow him to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
One of his greatest joys is bringing people together and helping them connect more deeply with themselves and each other.
