After Stroller Strides, stick around for popsicles and play at the park! Cool down with a sweet treat and let the kiddos burn off a little more energy on the playground while we enjoy some relaxed time together. It’s the perfect way to wrap up a great workout and soak up some sunshine and community. Don’t forget water, sunscreen, and your park essentials—we’ll see you there! 🍦☀️
