COMMUNITY MEETING to STOP Heritage Creek Waste Water Treament Plant

Save Heritage Creek, a non-profit Corporation established to represent residents and local businesses in opposition, is hosting a Community Meeting to discuss the proposed permit WQ0016789001 to the TCEQ for the named Heritage Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant.

The proposed facility, which is owned by Jessie Lee Levey ETAL since the 1900's, would be located on the multiple land tracts on the NW intersection of Bill Levey Rd and FM 1187.

It would pose an immediate threat to our community’s health, flood conditions, safety, and environment. As a group we are dedicated to raising awareness, mobilizing opposition, and taking legal action to ensure this project is halted before irreversible harm is done.
