Aerial Trick Series - Wednesdays in November 4:30pm

This 4-week aerial yoga series is all about learning fun, dynamic tricks in the hammock! Each week, we’ll build confidence with foundational flips, creative transitions, and playful shapes—always taught with safety and support in mind. Whether you’re brand-new to aerial or looking to spice up your flow, this series will guide you step by step as you explore your strength, balance, and a whole lot of upside-down fun.

Come prepared to laugh, fly, and surprise yourself with what you can do in the air!

When? First week of November on Wednesdays 4:30pm or Sundays 12:30pm, nonmembers you can choose 4 classes ($120)
Members this is free for you, come to one or all.
Must pre register before October 25th**
