12 Days of Christmas Strides + Craft

On the 1st Day of Christmas, my FIT4MOM instructor gave to me....a 12 Days of Christmas workout! This is one of our favorite workouts of the year. Put on your holiday gear and join us for some Christmas fun. The workout will be followed by a mommy and me keepsake craft, you'll be sure to treasure for years to come.
