Join the Cooking Guild for a hands-on preservation class where you'll learn the ancient art of making preserved lemons — a flavorful staple of Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. In this fun and aromatic session, we’ll walk you through the step-by-step process of salt-preserving lemons, share tips for proper storage, and explore ways to use them in savory dishes once they’re ready.

Whether you're new to fermentation or a seasoned kitchen alchemist, this is a great way to expand your culinary toolkit and bring bold, bright flavors to your cooking.

All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your own jar of preserved lemons to ferment at home!
