Here it is! We anticipate this ride all year!
The narrow twists and turns of the backwater creeks and channels between the Waccamaw and PeeDee rivers and old rice fields in the low country.
Our routes will venture all through the waters from Bucksport to Sandy Island to just north of Georgetown. The majority of this ride is single file and need to allow plenty of space between each ski.
The event leaders are very familiar with these waters. You are highly advised to follow their lead and instruction for a safe and enjoyable ride.
This ride will be approximately 80 miles.
Bring fuel if you can as there is only a couple marinas along the route.
Pack a cooler. We will stop for lunch at Sandy Island beach.
Please note- this event is not recommended for beginner riders
We will leave the ramp at 11AM sharp.
Please be in the water and ready.
We should be back at the ramp by around 4pm.
Enterprise Landing is approximately 3 miles from 707 and has plenty of parking.
If you are coming from the west and prefer to launch from Bucksport Marina, feel free to do so and we will meet you there.
Please be a responsible rider! Anyone performing reckless stunts, overly aggressive riding or not following safety precautions will be asked to leave the ride and banned from future rides.
LFG!
