This challenge blends kickboxing-based strength training, functional conditioning, core stability, and flow-based mobility to create classes that leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished ...not exhausted or overwhelmed.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after a break, or looking for a fresh way to challenge yourself, this program meets you where you are. Every movement is scalable, every class is supportive, and every win is celebrated.

👉 When signing up, you are committed to coming to ALL the classes available between Jan 20 - Feb 24. If you miss more than 3 classes during the challenge you will not be able to receive the Completion Certificate.
