19th Sept: Science of Self Realisation — Understanding the concept of the self and the path to self-realisation.
26th Sept: Power of Mind — Insights into the nature of the mind and practical tools for managing thoughts and emotions.
3rd Oct: Lifestyle Tools — Practical habits and routines drawn from Vedic wisdom for balanced living.

Vegan dinner will be provided after each session.
