Breakthrough Breathwork - A Deep Reset for 2026

Facilitated by Master Breathwork Instructor, Sound, Energy and Meditation Facilitator David Marando from BREATHWORX, this unique Breakthrough Breathwork session is an intimate, guided experience combining breathwork, sound, meditation, and energetic integration, designed to help you slow down, release stored tension, and reconnect with balance and intention for 2026. Throughout the evening, you’ll be supported through a progressive breakthrough breathwork journey that gently settles the nervous system before moving into deeper conscious connected breathing. Sound, Energy Work and Guided Meditation are woven throughout the experience to support grounding, clarity, and integration. This is not about forcing change or pushing limits. It is an invitation to pause, listen to your body, and allow the breath to do the work.

What to Expect:

A calm, supportive, and professionally guided space, Gentle nervous system regulation followed by Deeper Breathwork, Periods of stillness, Sound, and Guided Meditation. A closing integration to leave you feeling grounded and clear.

No prior breathwork experience is required.

All practices are adaptable.

Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and return to gentle nasal breathing at any time throughout the session.

Venue Information:

The session will be held at the Mobile Barber Shop Depot, Bundall, an intimate, character filled space, well suited for small group experiences.

Accessibility & Comfort:

Please wear comfortable clothing Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle.

Safety is of upmost importance. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes and breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend. These are:

- Pregnancy

- High blood pressure

- Diagnosed Severe PTSD

- Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)

-Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)

- Detached Retina

- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries

- Epilepsy

- History or diagnosis of aneurisms

- Cardiovascular problems

- History of seizures

- Severe Asthma

- Heart disease

- Heart conditions

- Diabetes

- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years

- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
