I am a naturopath and love working with herbal remedies. There is so much available to us and some you may already have in your garden and kitchen.

I this comprehensive workshop you’ll learn how to harness the power of plant extracts and herbal remedies for everyday first aid - treating minor ailments at home.

You will go away with lots of recipes and make a few sample remedies during the workshop.
