Monday Night Sound Healing

We invite you into our sound healing sanctuary, a space created for deep rest, renewal and gentle awakening. Your journey begins with a heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao, grounding you into presence and setting intentions for the season ahead. From there, you’ll be welcomed onto a soft bamboo mattress, cocooned with an eye pillow and blanket, where your body can fully surrender and be held. As the sounds of crystal bowls and soothing frequencies ripple through the space, your nervous system is invited to exhale, to soften, restore, and realign during this deeply immersive sound journey. Gentle Reiki energy and light supportive touch are offered for those who wish, or you may simply journey inward, guided by the vibrations.
