26 January 2026. A Dawn Yarning Circle will be held at Wyalup Point, Bunbury, organised by Wardandi Aboriginal Corporation in partnership with Yaka Dandjoo Events.
We would like to invite you to the yarning circle which will take place at dawn and will provide a space for reflection, listening, and connection. Guided by the theme “Looking Back, Looking Forward,” the gathering acknowledges the significance of the day, reflects on shared history, and considers how we move forward together with respect and understanding.

The gathering is open to the community and attendance is free. The yarning circle will be conducted as a respectful space for dialogue and learning, grounded in care for one another and for Country.
Attendees are encouraged to approach the morning with an open heart and mind.
