Dads - Tuning in to Kids

This 7-week program is just for Dads/carers of children aged 2–10. Gain practical skills to help your child grow emotionally strong and resilient!

🔹 Learn to understand and manage your child’s emotions
🔹 Discover ways to communicate that truly connect
🔹 Help your child develop self-regulation skills
🔹 Set healthy behaviour limits
🔹 Equip your child to tackle life’s challenges with problem-solving tools

🗓️ Starts on Monday 20th October for 7 weeks (availability to attend all 7 sessions required)
