Join Katrina, Master Medical Qigong Practitioner, the day before the Lake Anna Sprint Triathlon for a powerful, heart-centered Qigong session led by Katrina that will energize your body, calm your nerves, and align your mind, body, and spirit for the big day.
This event is for anyone who wants to:

✅ Cultivate focus, confidence, and grounded energy
✅ Feel strong and supported in community
Katrina will guide a gentle flow of breathwork and movement tailored for athletes and first-timers alike. Bring your water, your intention, and your pre-race butterflies.
This session will be held both in person at Lake Anna and live on Zoom for those joining from afar or not yet ready to race—but ready to say YES to the journey.
We will record this session and release it afterwards in case service doesn't allow for live streaming
