CEO of Longworth Education, Dr Aiono is a recognised specialist in education with particular expertise in global research and practical classroom implementation of learning through play. Dr Aiono is an established researcher with a deep interest in the latest international research in Longworth’s area of practice. Her doctoral thesis investigated models of professional development to support effective teaching through play practices in the primary classroom.

Longworth’s vision is to support teachers and to help better prepare our children for the world they are growing up into.
