Our vision is for flourishing communities where everyone feels supported, included and belongs - and that includes on the yoga mat!
Our intention for community yoga is to offer a safe welcoming space where people can come together to prioritise their wellbeing.
If you ever felt:
You can't do yoga
Don't know what yoga is
Can not afford yoga
Would be too anxious to try
Do not have a "yoga body"
Don't think they could be bothered
Then THIS is the opportunity for you.
To help nurture a spirit of commitment to attendance we now request a donation to secure your place. For this event a suggested donation is £2-£7 but whatever you can offer is gratefully received and goes towards our work supporting community wellbeing.
