Daniel Park Annual HOA Meeting (updated)

This is for the meeting rescheduled from December 11. There was no specific room noted in the email, but this will be updated when the actual space is known.

Check in will begin at 5:30, meeting is scheduled 6:00-7:00, however may run longer.

Your attendance (in person or by proxy) is critical in order to reach quorum (20% of eligible members - this is approximately 75 households) otherwise the meeting is not official and any decisions made are not binding. It is very important that you are signed in for this meeting before the meeting is called to order (6 PM), so check in early!

Efforts will be made to reach out to anyone in the neighborhood that wishes to sign a proxy to have your voice heard if you are unable to attend in person.

PLEASE NOTE - whomever you give your proxy to will cast your vote for the same person or persons they are voting for and the person that has your proxy must attend in person. If you give your proxy to anyone and then you are able to attend the meeting in person, your proxy will be null and void and you may cast your own vote.
