Executive Chef Camille Le Caër announces he will be teaching a Tiramisu baking class on Sunday March 1st, 2026 from 10am to 12pm 27 Chandler St Suite 310A, Buffalo, NY 14207

What's on the program? Learn how to make a classic Italian Tiramisu from scratch, including:

• Preparing the ladyfinger sponge
• Whipping the perfect mascarpone cream
• Technique for building clean, restaurant style layers
• How to flavor, soak, and assemble the dessert
• Plating techniques for a professional presentation

You will make your own tiramisu and take it home at the end of the class.Patrons must purchase baking class tickets by 11:59pm Saturday, February 28th 2026.
