Ramen Noodles Hands-On Cooking Class $65

Join us for a cozy, hands-on evening where we’ll make soul-warming ramen completely from scratch. Whether you’re a ramen lover or just curious to try something new, this class is all about slowing down, connecting over good food, and filling the kitchen with comforting aromas.

Together we’ll prepare:

Homemade Ramen Noodles with accoutrements of bean sprouts, green onions, julienned carrots

Dashi Broth

Caramelized Soy Chicken

Daikon, Cabbage, Carrot, Tomato Salad with Ginger-Miso Vinaigrette

Homemade Chili Oil

Class price includes generous sampling of everything prepared, a glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage, and printed recipe copies.
