Paint It Out - Healing Art Class offers a supportive space where you can unwind, explore your emotions, and express yourself freely—no pressure, no perfection, just healing through creativity. This class helps quiet the mind and give shape to feelings that words can’t always capture. All materials provided, no experience necessary.

This is a Hope Connection Event hosted by Hope in a Hopeless World, in partnership with Artist Mary Zillmann. The event will take place at Parenting with Grace in Buffalo, MN.

This Hope Connection Event is open to any adult wanting to join us. Hope Connection Events through Hope in a Hopeless World are small gatherings of people looking for connection with others in a low pressure, no judgment space.
