MHA Yogathon Presented by New Era Cap Foundation

Join us for a healing, rejuvenating and hope-filled day for our 5th Annual MHA Yogathon - Presented by New Era Cap Foundation!

The class will be led by Power Yoga Buffalo and Vibe Yoga Lab, so come ready for an energetic and fun yoga session inside 500 Pearl in downtown Buffalo. Doors will open at 9 am for vendor browsing and fellowship. Yoga begins at 10:30 am.

There will be giveaways for all yoga participants! Make sure to bring your mat and a water bottle.

This event supports MHA's critical support of mental wellness throughout WNY. Raising funds for programming is essential, and the Yogathon is one of our largest fundraisers of the year to support this important mission.
