How does Dining Out For Life work?
1. Make plans to dine out or order take out on Wednesday, October 8 (see

2. Invite everyone you know to do the same.
3. Spread the word via email and on Facebook, Instagram, EVERYWHERE!
4. Donate to Evergreen Health’s HIV supportive services and be entered to win a prize!
ABOUT EVERGREEN HEALTH
Evergreen Health has been on the front line, fighting HIV while providing services to those living with the disease since 1983, and will continue to be there until HIV is no more. Evergreen strives to foster healthy communities by providing medical, supportive and behavioral services to individuals and families in Western New York, especially those who are living with chronic illness or who are under-served by the healthcare system.
We provide the tools and services needed for our patients to reach their goals, but we don’t force our patients to do or be anything in order to come to Evergreen.
