Celebrate Ability Gala

You don't want to miss this exciting event! Join us at our 32nd Celebrate Ability Gala on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling! This is a day to celebrate the talents and achievements of the thousands of children and adults with disabilities who attend Northwest Special Recreation Association programs. Your participation provides a full range of recreation and leisure activities and experiences. Guests can participate in our silent auction, live auction, Red Envelope Raffle, Bucket o’ Cheer Raffle, enjoy a delicious dinner, open bar and dancing.

All proceeds will support Special Leisure Services Foundation (SLSF), the fundraising arm of Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA) to provide accessible transportation to NWSRA participants. NWSRA provides recreational programs so that children and adults with disabilities have the opportunity to have fun, make friends, be included, go new places, learn new things and celebrate their lives.
