January is all about new beginnings, and we’re kicking off the year together!
This week we’ll be talking about Jesus’s baptism and how it marked the beginning of His ministry and how our baptism marks the beginning of our new life in Him (Luke 3:21–22, Romans 6:4).
What to expect:
A powerful lesson on new beginnings in Christ
Dinner and dessert (come hungry!)
A creative activity where we’ll make a “2026” painting using pom poms
Time to write down and pray over our personal goals for 2026
Just like Jesus received God’s approval and the Holy Spirit at His baptism, we’re reminded that God gives us fresh starts and walks with us into what’s next.
