We’re thrilled to welcome Julie Berry, New York Times bestselling author, to Buena Vista for an evening celebrating her brand-new YA novel, If Looks Could K*ll — releasing September 2025.
Julie is the award-winning author of Lovely War (winner of the 2020 NCTE Walden Award and SCBWI Golden Kite Award), The Passion of Dolssa (a Printz Honor and LA Times Book Prize finalist), All the Truth That’s in Me, The Scandalous Sisterhood of Prickwillow Place, and the Wishes and Wellingtons trilogy. Her picture books include The Night Frolic, Happy Right Now, and Cranky Right Now.
Holding a BS from Rensselaer in Communication and an MFA from Vermont College, Julie is also the proud owner of Author’s Note, an independent bookstore in Medina, New York.
